Have your logo or design hot foiled onto one or both sides of your mat in a single colour. This is not limited to gold or silver foil either; you can have just about any colour you want.

The process involves "stamping" the foil design onto the mat using a pattern block in specially modified platen machine, the result of which is an beautiful and eye-grabbing embossed effect for your mat.

Offset litho printing can produce just about any colour by combining the three primary colours and key/black (CMYK). However, if you require a very specific colour from the Pantone colour space then we can perform a print run with one or more "spot colours".

​

You may have corporate branding that uses a specific colour and you want this replicated on your promotional mats, or you may want a florescent colour that cannot be achieved using CMYK. Just about anything is possible!

Beer mat board is more versatile than you might think! It's stiffness and surface texture makes it the ideal choice for product labels, clothing tags, gift tags, etc.

We can produce a unique shape for your swing tags, then punch holes and string the labels for you. There's a wide range of colours and thicknesses of string, elastic or non-elastic, and length of string can be specified. Materials such as twine, metallic string or ribbon can also be used.
