Design Your Mats
Great beer mats start with great designs. If you need inspiration, you can view our galleries here.
If you already have a completed design we would like to receive it as “print-ready” as possible to avoid delays in processing your order. See our artwork specifications here.

Place An Order
Talk to us on the phone or email us! We will be pleased to discuss your requirements and advise you on the way forward. You can also begin the ordering process online here.

Once we receive designs and they are suitable for printing, we will send you proofs for approval. When approved, we will send an invoice via email for the full cost of your beer mats.

Our turnaround time is typically 10 working days from approval of artwork proofs.

Decide On Quantity
We know it can be difficult to decide how many mats you should buy the first time. It's extremely difficult to provide guidance in this area as every business and beer mat campaign is different.
As a (very) general guide, a typical pub or bar might use 1,000 mats a month, and a typical small brewery tends to order 2,500 or more mats at a time. Taxi firms and larger breweries tend to order tens of thousands, while an individual event such as a beer festival might order between 500 and 2,500.

Pay For Your Mats
We require payment before we dispatch the beer mats to you.
We prefer payment by BACS transfer, but for smaller orders (less than £200) you can pay with credit or debit card via the Paypal link with your invoice.
You can also pay for any amount by debit card over the phone.
