Packing and Delivery
We have many customers in the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe. We also send beer mats to destinations worldwide, as far as Japan and Panama! Wherever you are, we will do our best to get our coasters to you.

We pack our beer mats to ensure that they arrive with you in the good condition you would expect. We have a number of packaging options available on request and we are always looking at ways to reduce the use of plastics.

Trusted courier delivery to mainland UK postcodes is included in the price, and we can deliver to just about anywhere in the world if asked.
Standard Packaging
We try to balance the need to protect the product for transportation with the desire to reduce the amount of packaging we use - especially single use plastics.

As standard we will band together stacks of 125 beer mats with a lightweight recyclable polypropylene band. ​
For smaller orders the stacks will be placed straight into boxes for couriers delivery. For larger orders we will apply a protective shrink-wrap to each 1,000 mats and place on pallets for shipping.
Delivery for Smaller Orders
For orders under 30,000 beer mats we will ship them using well known couriers including Parcel Force and DHL. We can pack up to 5,000 mats in a single box, and orders between 5,000 and 30,000 mats will be sent as multiple consignments.

The cost of delivery to mainland UK addresses (included Scottish islands) is included in the price you are quoted. Talk to us about prices for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe and worldwide.
Special Packaging
If you need your mats stacking in quantities other than 125 then get in touch to discuss it with us.

As an alternative to the recyclable polypropylene band we are also able to offer paper banding at a small additional cost. The paper material has a glossy coating for strength and is not 100% plastic free, but it is a step in the right direction. Unfortunately there is no viable 0% plastic banding option available to us.

Furthermore, we are always exploring options to remove plastics from our packaging completely. We can pack stacks of 125 mats in specially designed cardboard boxes for easy re-distribution and storage under the bar. If you have any other packaging in mind, then please do talk to us.
Delivery for Larger Orders
For orders over 30,000 beer mats we ship on a wooden pallet using a reliable freight network. Mats are wrapped in a waterproof film and securely banded to the pallet with steel straps for safety during transit.

You must be able to receive a pallet delivery at the delivery address, and you must inform us when ordering whether you have a fork lift truck available or require a tail-lift.
